Support/FAQ
We want Room1228.com to be the most user-friendly site it can be, and so we are continuing to make it better. If you run into any trouble or have a question we can help with, please call our office at 877.929.2453. If you would prefer to email with questions or comments, you can do so here. Can I pay for a theme and workbooks in the same purchase?
No. Themes and workbooks have to be purchased in separate checkouts. While this system is not ideal, it is the only way we can currently sell a theme as 100 percent downloadable and the workbooks as a printed resource. We are currently working to make single-purchase options available. How do I access a theme I have purchased?
There are two ways to access a theme you have recently purchased.
- (1) Click the link you were emailed and log into your account via that link.
- (2) Click MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner of this page and log into your account.
- (3) Once logged in to your account, all download zones are accessible through the "download zones" link .
What is the benefit of becoming an all-access yearly member?
Yearly members have many benefits that others don’t. Room 1228’s yearly members always enjoy free shipping on workbook orders. Whether you order one workbook or 100, shipping is free of charge.Yearly members also have access to any and all themes as soon as they are available. Think of the yearly membership as an “all you can eat” buffet. You can come and go as you please for one full year, sampling and using all Room 1228’s themes however you like. If you become a yearly member, there is no limit to how many themes you access or how many times you access a theme yearly. At $499 for the year, you can’t beat the price for a yearly membership. A yearly member would only need to use two themes with workbooks for this option to pay for itself, and with so many themes available, yearly membership quickly becomes a great investment. To learn more about All Access Membership, go here.
I had a question about small group stuff. I am seeing a section in the Master Teachers Guide called Turning Point which says it’s for small groups and also a whole different looking session (in minor ways) under Small Group Leaders Guide. What is the purpose for these differences and how is it supposed to be used?
There are two guides set up so that you can either teach it in small group or in a master teacher setting. In your case where you are doing both, you are correct in leading up to the turning point (in the Master Teacher Guide) and then sending students into small group times to finish the discussion using the Turning Point section. Your small group facilitators should use the same Master Teacher Guide and start with the Turning Point section. The Small Group Leaders Guide is set up if the environment never included with a master teacher time. It facilitates the same material with a few minor tweaks to fit a strictly small group setting.
