How to download files from Room 1228

Download Zones for all theme packages are accessible through the Members Area.

When downloading files, you will have the ability to piece together a custom download package containing only the elements that you need. This allows your leaders to download the Leader's Guide without having to download the videos as well. If you want to download everything, it's as easy as selecting all of the available files.

As you select/deselect files for download, a real-time size estimate will be displayed at the bottom of the page. This will help you gauge how long your download will take (other factors in determing download time include the speed of your internet connection).

**IMPORTANT**
Your custom downloadable ZIP file is zipped together only after you have finished selecting all of the files. Depending on how large your download is (a small file vs. all files), this process can take up to a minute or longer. Once the zipping process is complete, your download will begin automatically. When you first initiate the downlod, a new window will open to alert that the download process has been initiated. You may close this window at any time. However, it is imperative that you do not close the original Download Zone window while the zipping process takes place. This will cancel the download. Once your file has actually started to download you may feel free to navigate away from the Download Zone.
